Rapid AI Audio Studio provides AI-powered audio tools, including vocal removal, synthesis, and beat making. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or commercial creative purposes, subject to these terms.

3. Content Responsibility

Copyright Warning: You are solely responsible for the audio content you upload to the Service. You must own or have the necessary licenses for any audio you process. Using copyrighted material without permission is a violation of law and these terms.

We do not claim ownership of the audio you upload or the outputs generated by the Service. However, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process your audio as necessary to provide the requested features.

4. Usage Limits & Advertisements

The Service is offered as a "Freemium" model:

Daily Limits: Free users are subject to daily usage limits per feature. These limits are displayed within the Service.
Rewarded Ads: Users may choose to watch a short advertisement to unlock extra uses beyond the daily free limit.
Abuse: Attempting to bypass limits via technical means (scripts, multiple accounts, etc.) is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or AI models of the Service.
Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that the AI-generated outputs will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Rapid AI Audio Studio or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Service.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
